The popular mantra that goes “from grass to grace” is so evident in Akwa Ibom state, thanks to the coming into power of the then governor, Gov. Udom Emmanuel. Taking the state by the reins out of dilapidation, he built it up and set it on the pedestal of socio-economic growth.
The state has experienced laudable feats and received awards in infrastructural developments, and has also known industrialization improvements, after the ground-breaking project of The Dakkada Towers was set up. Other sectors such as the health sector, aerospace sector, and agricultural sector have experienced a great boom in Akwa Ibom state.
