It’s said that the Northerners are a people of great tolerance. However, what’s yet to be agreed upon is that the Borno Indigenes are a race of resilient and enduring people. Over the years, these humans have been under the spotlight for the wrong reasons and have been labelled with belittling narratives and perceptions, thus, painting a black picture of them, in the minds of many.
The faux stories of those who know little or even nothing about them have abetted in the accrual of a fortune for the opportunists, hence, seem to remain nonchalant to the fact that they have drowned the voices of the Borno people from telling their own story and owning their narrative.
This project is the first major hit of its kind, aimed at creating a new perception that will redeem and restore the glory of the Borno race. Their voices must be heard and their resilience as a people must pay off. They are only citizens trying to build back their state; they are BORNO ARISING!
